OSPS paid less than claimed - why?
Has anyone any experience of OSPS paying amounts less than those being claimed, ie on my pricematch deal for claim number two I have claimed £72, but received a cheque for £49.75. On claim 1 I received the full £72 as claimed.
Anyone else experience anything similar before I contact them?
