Unless Orange have just had a change of heart, they won't block incoming mobile theft messages. They gave me the same set of excuses as Virgin.

I did call T-Mobile yesterday and they said they would block them at the customer's request, for both contract and PAYG deals. I'm planning to switch when the credit on my Orange phone expires.
