Apart from the fact NTL have the worst customer service and are a crap ISP!

In the early days Tesco broadband was getting a bad rap. Has it improved any? How happy are current users? Would you recommend it?

I have been with it since the start and apart from one small hiccup in the very early days, 24 outage, I have had no problems.
