help with e2save pricematch please

Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone could help. I'm on a pricematch deal with e2save at moment. I ordered the phone atthe end of sept (around the 26th).which would bring me to the 26th Jan for the 120 day period. i received my first bill on the 1st oct(bill 1) i have just received this week bill 4 which according to some of the t&cs is the one i should send but i have to send it after the 26th of jan? and before the 25th of feb. itdoesn't give me a big window for not allowing the bill to be no oldere than 28 days old. Shall i just send off bill 5 very sharpish when i get it on the 1st feb? Also do I need to send in a full itemised bill. I was too stingy to pay for this but on my t&cs it just says it wants my name address and no on the bill which is all covered by trhe bill i do get. thanx v. much in advance
