just got mine today, unsealed scratch on the disc and dents all over the case - what are these people doing they must know they will have to replace them.
My invoice which came with it says it is new but is evidently not!

I ordered 2, and they both came separately this morning.
Only one is sealed, and the other one has a cracked hole in the top corner of the box..
I doubt I'll be ordering from them again. Ordered new.... expect to receive new!

I've had an answer to my query, and all they have done is copy/paste the 'returns' part from their help section. Didn't even get an personal reply, or an apology.Thank you for your email. Should you find it necessary to return a product to us at Gamestation please call our Customer Service s Department 0845 345 0335. If you have received a damaged or faulty product, if you have received the wrong item, if your order arrived too late, or you have merely changed your mind, the return policy covers both new and pre-owned games/items.
All products should be returned within 14 days of you cancelling your order.
Until such time as they are returned to us, you must retain possession of the products and take reasonable care of them. Except for certain high value products (which are subject to a free courier collection) you are responsible for returning products to us. You will be advised whether the product is subject to a courier collection at the point of calling.
Alternatively, products may be returned to any Gamestation store. Please bring with you a copy of the relevant dispatch confirmation email or the returns note that will have been included in the package in which your order was delivered, or other proof of purchase. Items purchased as part of a combined product (for example a combined hardware and games product) can only be returned to a Gamestation store if all items in the combined product are returned together. To partially cancel your order for a combined product you will need to call us on 0845 345 0335. Please note that if all the items are not to be returned the refund will be adjusted accordingly, at our discretion.
If you return products to any Gamestation store such products must be returned no later than 28 days after they have been delivered to you.
All products must be returned with the original packaging. Products should be posted in appropriate protective packaging. We do advise that on any return you obtain a certificate of posting and retain this for your records and that you take out sufficient postal insurance to cover the value of the returned products.

I ordered 2, they've just arrived and are unsealed and have label marks on the cases.
I was a bit surprised they weren't sealed but assumed that it was normal and I was being picky but after reading on here that some got them sealed I don't see why others didn't unless they are indeed used.
If i'd known they weren't sealed i'd have bought something else and got the £1.99 pre-owned instead personally.0 -
I ordered one from them on the £1.99 deal along with another title, and the one I got (although unsealed) looked perfect. No scrathes or marks to the disk or packaging.
I've ordered a number of things from them in the past and have always found their customer services to be top notch. I was surprised to read the problems you all have been having with the orders you've placed.
Perhaps they've messed this up by running the two pricing promotions side-by-side and creating some confusion at the packing stage? No excuse I know as your invoices state 'New', but perhaps an explanation for it...0
