Can i get an rss feed of new posts from this site or sub sections of this site? i want to check in my inbox at work for new posts rather than logging onto the site every 5 mins.

I'm afraid that vbulletin forums like this only provide a feed telling you about new threads rather than new posts or letting you subscribe to individual threads0 -
