If, for a tracked letter, you knew it was stuck at a particular point, could you do anything about that?

You said that Int Tracked doesn't guarantee arrival, but could Royal Mail guarantee arrival for any of their services that goes outside our shores?

Not really, you can ask and they may be able to locate it and move it along but it's unlikely.

However much a service is guaranteed, it isn't. Royal Mail can't 100% guarantee a service within the UK, so outside the UK the chances diminish. Even the most secure, expensive courier will lose the odd parcel/letter.
