Sorry to be a bit stupid over this, but are you talking about the machine they place the advantage card into to get your points. And how do you get the voucher, hav'nt quite got the idea of the plan yet. Please can someone explain.

You can also update your details to receive mailings via the advantage card machine by just going to amend your personal details section...

ALSO, they have a new baby club which you can sign up for if u r pregnant or have a child under 1 I think and you get entered into comp to win a load of vouchers!!! Maybe worth a go as may get some baby related discount vouchers thru the door or some special ones from the machine???

I was thinking, do you reckon that certain offers are targetted at certain age groups?

Managed to find the Med Gift Bags today, but the Advantage card machine is blocked off and not working. So I can't see if I would get a points coupon or not. How annoying is that!!

Can someone clarify something for me, I got afew items from the medititeranean range yesterday, but i was told that the coupon wouldn't work on the small items so i ended up paying around £2.00 for some foot spray, can anyone tell me what i should be looking for to spend about 60-70p.

P.S there was also a shelf talker saying 3 for 2 but the items don't appear to have worked for 3 for 2.

What i did notice is the different advantage Card machines instore gave different offers, one was very limited so i went back to the first one i used.

It was still working yesterday
Also I gave the cashier two bags and two tokens and after she had tried scanning both 100 point vouchers she said "one one voucher per transaction" so she handed me one voucher back....... I have checked my reciept this morning and it says Points received 36 *offer points* 200........so despite what the cashier said to me.... it looks like the till added them anyhow

Well, i was pretty disapointed to not get the voucher. i remember having it a few weeks ago, but didn't see much i could use it for.
anyway my friend got one with her card, so i asked if I could abuse it a little
I was going to put loads of points on her card then spend them, but they didn't have any gift bags
anyway, they had lots of things at 2 pounds and a 2 for 3 banner, so it thought i'd give it a go, and see if i could get 300 points, and only pay for 2 items, so it would be a good deal.
anyway, i ended up handing over the voucher but stupidly gave her my card instead of my friends. the items didn't come up as 3 for 2, so i pointed it out, she was ever so nice and checked the display and voided one, and put it through as free. then she said, 'oh, it's not given you your points, i'll just do that, and gave me 100 points'
not ideal, but since i was the one who messed up, it was nice of her to do that. she obviously didn't notice the different names on the card and voucher
anyway, i've learnt a lesson - you can't trade vouchers!

ps as a bonus, the girl in front of me got given a 5 voucher, and was told it ran out today, so she said she wasn't bothered. so i cheekily piped up 'i'll use it!' - bonus, made an easy 5 pounds - yeay!

it's not fair, i got my boots card in may and its just a paper one i have 46 quids worth of points on it but as its just a tempory card i cant use it in the machines or spend my points, i phone up and lady said sorry for the delay in sending you your proper card and that she would put 300 points on my card, but i just want to be able to use the machine, you watch i will get my proper card when this offer has ended
