I got my annual statement today from boots and that said i had spent over £200 on points in the last year! I wonder if it is linked to specific stores?

To give you some background (worked in IT at Boots)......
The offers are based on your profile (gender / age / etc) & the types of products you buy. And then it depends on the objective of any particular promotion.

Ooh, I've just thought of something! If this bag counts as part of the Med range, then all the other ranges that have similar bags should (hopefully) work on similar points offers!

E.g. in my search for the Orchid bag today I saw some Botanics bags (stripy bluey-green ones, from what I remember). Well, how often do we have Botanics points promotions? Pretty often! So, and obviously I'm just speculating, these might get the extra points too (unless Boots realise their mistake and fix it, which is not tremendously likely).

What do you guys think?

And I saw some FCUK bags, pink lots of writing

My card doesn't give me points for the Mediteranean range; fortunately I have a "sister" who lives with me and "her" card had the voucher.

Is your "sister" in the same age range or you?

I've got a card for my daughter now and she is in the trendy 16 to 25 age range but no med points coupon

hi folks, just come back from my local boots.some good news, some bad.i bought 6 of the mediterrean gift bags, some of their reduced conditioner, some face masks, and some provitamin shampoo/conditioners as they were reduced to 50p.
this boots will only do each transaction seperately, which the till operator did,but then she took out the wad of vouchers, showed them to the next till operator, then showed them to the manager who came over and was not happy.
i said i wasn't doing anything wrong, she said it wasn't fair to the other customers.i replied, there's still loads left.then she said i am only going to allow one coupon.i bet she's just jealous.
anyway, when i got home and checked the receipts, some of the mediterrean stuff hadn't had the 100 points added.what should i do.ring boots up or just return the stuff.i can't understand why it hasn't given the points though.it wasn't miniature sizes of conditioner or face mask.
    your thoughts, am i wrong?

was the conditioner in a sale? maybe it doesn't work on sale items? how cheap was it, is it worth keeping anyway? by all means take it back - try a different till assistant this time, hopefully you'll get one who's less unpleasant!
