Recommend a company to help compensation claim from airline .
Our flight from Manchester to Jeddah was delayed 26 hours flying Saudi airlines so we tried to claim £520 each plus hotel bill , meals etc as we were 300 miles from home . Saudi airlines had us on plane for 3 hours they said trying to fix a technical fault but said they could not fix till next day .
They now say it was not a technical fault but a force majeure and will not pay out even for our expenses . Upgraded this to GACA but they are taking Saudi airlines explanation .
Is it worth fighting this and can anyone recommend a company that will take this on .

Go to the CAA first - you are entitled to your reasonable costs for hotel/meals regardless of the delay reason.
After that it's small claims court. No need to get a third party involved, they'll take a chunk of any claim.

trying to enforce anything may be a challenge though depending on where Saudi Airlines are based (I could have a guess)

Good point - headquarters in Jeddah, so if the CAA can't help it may well be best to leave it…..
