All of it please. We need to know if it is an in-house claim or DCB Legal. It is NOT DCB Ltd.

An in-house CEL claim then.
Judgment date 14th Oct? Definitely?
Does your dad actually care about a CCJ? I wouldn't as I'm retired with no need for credit. No bailiffs will come round to the house - as it is under £600 - so nothing will happen.
Is your Dad like me and unaffected? If yes, he ignores it. If not, there may be help to set this aside but needs to be done by early next week so the question is, does Dad care about a CCJ?
