Pages numbers not always at the bottom of the page

What I did:

Browsed various forums.

What Should happen:

Page numbers and "back to the top" button, should appear at the bottom of the page.

What happened:

They appear at the top of the page. But I've only seen it happen on the forum category pages, such as "Deaths, funerals and probate" (not sure if that's the correct terminology).

If I clicked into someone's post/thread, the page number are as expected.

Why it matters:

It's not as designed.

Device/Browser:

Samsung Tab A11, Firefox

First image = top of the page.

Second image = bottom.

This can also happen on PC with Chrome

When they do not appear at the bottom of a page, they can appear twice at the top of the page!

It does seem to be intermittent (and quite rare) and after a few refreshes it returns to normal.
