ZOPA ISAs
I've been with ZOPA almost since they began and I've always found them very good. However, my opinion is changing rapidly!
ZOPA has a technical problem that is preventing me transferring from a flexible to a fixed rate ISA. It seems impossible to get any support for this. Worse than that, two advisers have now suggested to me that I transfer the money via my main non-ISA pot as a work-around. Do they really not understand the importance of the ISA wrapper?
I'm really concerned that they may be giving this advice out generally.

Is it the transferring-out side of the transaction that is causing issues or the transferring-in?
Was aware of the xfer-in issue since I couldn't move a non-Zopa ISA to them recently.
If the xfer-out is working then is there a non-Zopa product that is suitable?

Transferring from a flexible ISA to another ISA via a non-ISA account doesn't lose the ISA status if (and only if) it's current year money being moved.
