That's the usual playing on time using human emotions. Put your rights above it; it's a business transaction, not mates down the pub. I will always request a refund or instantly open a case if it's their problem. As for feedback, it's neutral for items not received and negative if it's entirely their fault and they've been unhelpful and abusive. Then block it for them if you sell some buy something just to get back at you. Even using a different account. Location for shipping is key in disputes. I've stopped plenty playing out.

Since I last posted the seller has contacted me 3 more times spouting rubbish and pleading for me to change the review.

Can I contact eBay and report this seller for contacted me and asking for me to change the review?

I’d report seller to buyer as a ‘nuisance’ spamming you with messages.

    Thanks for the reply.

I will report them later as spamming and hopefully that should be the end of it.

theres been a few times over the years where I've left either Negative, Neutral, or even Positive feedback but with something they didn't like in the wording of it and they have asked me to change it, often with a sob story to boot.

not once have I changed my feedback like they asked, as there were no genuine reasons to do so. generally speaking once feedback is left THAT IS IT

take the feedback and do better moving forwards would be what I would say to them

When I rechecked the feedback on the sellers account there about 15 customers who all had the same issue as me with the seller not being truthful and the items were coming from China and long delivery times.

I never noticed them negative reviews before but they were in the last month so maybe they were done after I bought my item .

I have reported him so that's done.
