Struggling to Transfer out of Moneybox

Hi, trying to do a partial transfer from my Moneybox ISA into my new fixed rate TSB one.seems to be no way of completing this, when I get to inputting the roll up number it will not accept the NI number that moneybox uses for your account number.Was told on the phone by TSB all I had to do was this but it seems impossible! Can anyone help? Thanks

Is there a reference field after the account number field? Usually account number refers to the 8 digit bank account number. If there isn't one, leave blank and use the reference field.

Are you doing this as part of the application process?

You could try getting the ISA open and then completing the ISA transfer request form as a second step

No, my new TSB ISA has started,I only have another 25 days to get these moneybox funds in. I am using the transfer option under the manage ISA function.
