Ryanair not transferring wallet funds to my bank
hi. I got caught uo in the Bristol airport closure in August. Flying back from Alicante we got on plane and sat there an hour before twlling us we would land at Stansted. Any way we landed about 4 hours after we should to a text saying make your own way home.
They agreed to pay the taxi but not food as the wh smith didn’t have paper for recipts through serve serve till.
They paid the money into the wallet on 7th september. I withdrew with bank details in 10th September yet it still says pwnding.
I have been in live chat a dozen times. Sent messages rhrough the site and they dont even read rhe detail. Just twñl me it takes 5-7 days. It’s clearly bot coning. What can i do? Can i escalate somwhere? I really need to pay this off my credit card.
thanks in advance.

any help please. They keep telling me to go on chat when I raise a complaint. Chat tell me to raise a complaint. It’s a vicious circle.

In terms of escalation options, you can raise a case with AviationADR, but can only do so after you've received the airline's final response to your complaint or eight weeks have elapsed since complaining, so, especially given the timescales thereafter, it's not really a channel for expediting things like this…
