Did they confirm your current address was on that claim form they posted out . ?
That claim form is presumed to be delivered 2 business days later, to the address on the packet ( several forms and information papers are in the bundle. )
Do wait until you correspond with coupon mad next week

The woman on the phone was friendly enough and stated the address in the judgement for claimant and the claim form are the same and she had the same address throughout. But I am not sure I trust her assessment of things. Firstly she asked me to check with Royal Mail to see if they sent the letter which is the most pointless advice I ahve ever heard.
Also, I remember an issue with a speeding ticket that went to my old address so perhaps there is a wrong address issue but am unable to confirm this.
