There is obviously much more to this.
Can we assume you parked out side his house and he then decided to park on your drive.
I cannot believe we are getting the whole story here for one second.

Maybe not posting their personal details on a open public forum is not such a good idea then.

Regardless the vehicle appears to be a plugin hybrid (there are no full EV Outlanders), so why couldn't you have just driven it on petrol?

What other vehicles associated with you were parked in the street at the time they did this ? Where were they parked ?

If he's violent and you're receiving threats or worse, maybe speak to the police? And/or a solicitor?
If you're going to seek compensation, he's going to know it's you suing him.

Is attempting to sue them for loss of earnings going to help the situation?
(though it's still not clear why you wouldn't just use a public charger, where your tangible loss would just be the difference… I imagine in reality this is what happened, if you even needed to charge it at on this day. I suspect this is just a steady escalation of tit for tat between neighbours).

Since the OP is reluctant to fill in any details there is not much anybody can offer.
Anybody can sue a person for anything.
Whether you will win the case is another matter.1
