Reply from advantage finance claim refused
hi guys I filled in the template and sent it off earlier this year to advantage finance and this reply today from them saying they don’t owe me anything.
Could anyone confirm it’s all right and I have no appeal etc to it?

They have confirmed no commission was paid on your agreement, so therefore you have no case to claim redress on missold commission. What don’t you understand here so we can give more advice?

It looks clear cut and accurate to me, you are not entitled to any redress.
Read the FCA factsheet and if you spot anything that you believe is not in line with that then contact them within one month as required and they will provide further clarification.
If the current legal challenge changes anything they'll contact you again if necessary.
