Am I entitled to anything

Lost job during probation period.

Live with my partner who earns 105k. I have no savings but she does.

UC seems to now mean we apply as a couple rather than just me as it was when I last needed UC.

I don't want to apply and negatively affect partner in any way.

You would need to do a joint claim, but if your partner is earning that amount, I don't think you'll get it as a couple. You can apply for a new style JSA for your stamp depending on your previous job prior the trial employment period.

    Agreed.
Also worth pointing out to OP partner's savings would also be included.

Nothing about applying can negatively affect your partner in any way, but as others have stated any application must be a joint application as a couple, and given their earnings and savings it is unlikely that you (as a couple) would qualify for any help.

You can check first using one of the online benefit calculators such as Entitled To.

UC has always been a means tested benefit so if you were living with your partner when you last claimed it then you should have claimed as a couple. New style JSA or the older contributions based JSA would have been the benefit you could have only claimed without your partner.

Do they need to apply for UC and/or New Style JSA to get NI credits?

    No. Not right now.

If it has a serious enough impact on your daily life and you have had the condition for three months and expected it to last for a further 9, then you may be eligible for PIP in the future, but being prescribed anti depressants in and of itself is neither here nor there.

Pedant alert - it's could have not could of.
