Sorry, I misread the original post and thought you were still having ingress. If its now water tight and the only remaining issue is water damage from when it wasnt then I would seek clarification from the bank that they just want confirmation from a surveyor that the broken tile was the cause of the water damage rather than evidence that the solar fitting people broke the tile as you already have their admission on that one and the fact that they repaired it at their own expense.
