Capital was in my to do list but it doesn't show in my journal
I saw that and uploaded my capital, I also wrote in my journal and sent them copies of my capital by post. I thought they opened on the weekends? Has anyone experienced this? How comes it's not in my journal as completed?

To do, usually have a file upload section, so no post required.
What is the time line on request & files sent?

there was no time limit I saw, but I just uploaded it. Do universal credit respond to journals on weekends? How comes it's not in my journal?

Have you completed the ToDo, or is it still there in the ToDo list?
Sometimes people miss the final green button to complete the todo if it's off the bottom of the screen. Once the ToDo has been successfully completed, it should be gone from the ToDo list. If it's still showing in the ToDo list, it's not yet completed.

yes it's completed . It's just strange how it's not in my journal at all.

TBH, While they may work, they may not respond to every thing. Looking back through mine, even weekdays take 2 to 3 days at best for a reply.

I've noticed, they are slow to respond.

in my main account I have about 10.8k and in my savings I have approximately £6,507. But the savings cannot be touched.

If your main account is your current account and that £10.8k includes income, you may really need to keep a close eye that they don't take the entire total as savings and say you're ineligible for UC. They should take off whatever's income in your current assessment period but they often need … shall we say, reminding, to do that.

ok. So they won't care too much about current accounts it's in your savings? If it adds up to slightly over 16k? You'll be ineligible?

No they will care about the current account.
Is this a new claim? Do you have any other income e.g. wages, other benefits?
