Car Insurance issue

Before you accept the offer of a courtesy car, read the accompanying paperwork very, very, very carefully
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales1 -
You should anyway but also worth making sure you are hearing what they are saying not what you want them to say… an insurer wont call credit hire car a courtesy car but the insurer may simply call it a hire car but many callers will assume/hear courtesy car and not double check if its a credit hire or hire provided under the terms of their policy.

Good luck getting it all sorted. I feel your pain as I'm also currently going through the process at the moment (I turned down the offer of the courtesy car).
