Bought a faulty van

I do get PIP but Motability don't do vans, only cars. I can't put a porta potty in a car, and wouldn't be able to use a ramp to get a wheelchair into the boot because of the height, that's if a boot could hold a powerchair.
I don't require modifications. I don't have high expectations just that it can be driven. I'm fine with replacing it every year or so. That was always the plan and it was what I was doing previously. But getting one that couldn't be driven wasn't something I factored in.
The company is Van Station, they have a retail arm now but it was just trade last year when I bought.

They do not do vans but plenty that do take wheelchairs that are fixed down, Jut black out rear windows.
