I have the app on my iPad so losing it isn't a worry. There are also live chat and 'call us' options in the app.

Hmmm… I don't "do" apps. Can it all be done on line via laptop?

Another positive from me, had 2 or 3,1 year savers with them over the years, have moved away now as they were not as competitive but would return without any worries if they had suitable rates.

over the last 4 years they have been excellent for me. The one draw back is your only allowed a total of £100K across all accounts.

Not many places currently beating 5.1% for a two year fix.

Don't wish to tempt fate but I have had zero issues with them in the last 3 years. I am currently using and will continue to use.

Deposits and withdrawals are almost instantaneous.

Rates can fluctuate but at times they are extremely competitive.

Yep, Atom have always been fuss free for me too. I don't currently have any active accounts with them but I probably will do so again in the future when their offerings align with my needs. I'm currently not looking to fix for more than 6 months or so.

As many have already said, the app is very easy to use - simple and uncluttered.

The interest rate is less competetive.

Use them for my stooze operations primarily because their min deposit is low, they are the most flexible when I comes to interest payments (choice of what day you can have it) and they give you a full cash flow of the interest for them full term of the product.
