Please see photos on my post. I am stuck in the Noise Control Mode and cannot access Listening Mode.

As one might expect and detailed in Apple videos, Noise control mode gives access to noise control features and Listening mode gives access to listening features

not sure what the problem is? Its only a title of a section thats different? Unless there is a feature you were hoping for thats only accessible on later ones? Its more likely the phone that needs resetting as its OS where that comes from.

Given the OS version presumably this is an old iPhone XS or XR?

In 18.1 when the section was renamed they also introduced the extra features like the hearing aid features. The section alone having the wrong name is neither here nor there but if its got the old name I would guess its got the old options too and therefore missing some of the newer features

Update: according to the following, IOS 26 is required to support the Hearing Health features in UK (and EU).
