Hi,

having trouble setting up Air Pod 3. It doesn't show in settings like Apple say it should. I cannot access Listening Mode

I am stuck in NOISE CONTROL

Are they new and bought from Apple?

I bought some excellent looking fake Airpods a couple of years ago which didn't let me use all of the options.

Verified in Apple store as fake so got my money back and seller banned from Ebay.

Never had this much hassle with my trusty AirPod Pro Mk1

The terms Noise Control and Listening Mode appear to be used interchangeably by Apple, depending on the context and device version.

The further options given on the Apple example should be available, just in the section named Noise Control, rather than Listening Mode
