MSE Broadband Comparison

I suspect the answer is that it's carp, but can anyone explain why the MSE Broadband Comparison shows me offerings up to 1100 Mbps fttp, when fttp is not available in my area?

If I choose the 1100 Mbps option from Fibrely and follow it through to the Fibrely website, that offers me 80 Mbps, which looks optimistic but correctly reflects fttc which is what's actually available.

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
