Only major bits that can go wrong are motor & battery both covered for a further 5 years on your car. Both of which can be repaired & do not need a typical manufacture simple replacement.
Every thing else is the same as any other car.

Yes, I know
£700 will buy 10,000kWh @ 7p on IOG and at 3.8 miles per kWh you could do 38,000 miles
£700 will buy 2,800kWh @ 25p on SVTand at 3.8 miles per kWh you could do 10,640 miles
Where did you get 24,000 miles on SVT from?
I am sure your maths was incorrect?

Bit of mental maths
I am sure your maths was incorrect?
Seems I' am.👍
3.8 is a bit low. I averaged 4.3 👍 (but cost includes some price drops & increases.

It doesn't matter what the miles per kWh really is, if it will do 38,000 miles (your figures btw!) on £700 of IOG @ 7p it cannot possibly do 24,000 miles on the same £700 spent on SVT electricity.
Basic mental maths would work out that IOG is about a quarter of SVT so if you could do 40,000 miles on IOG it would be 10,000 miles on SVT,
24,000 miles was obviously wrong using my mental maths, you're quite prone to this sort of error :)
