My ISA got transferred on Monday and to start with showed a zero balance. I then got an email confirming my new account was now ready to use and when I logged back in the full amount was showing. If you've had the confirmation email I would call them to see what's happened.

There's a difference between "my ISA has zero money in it" and "the new online service is not displaying my balance".

Probably best to give them a call.

    No.

I have a Kent Reliance 2 Year Fixed Cash ISA which they transferred from their old online service to the new one, and last time I logged in on the new system the balance showed the correct amount.

I have just logged in and balance is still correct, they transferred it from old to new system in July, and since then I have had the Aug and Sept interest payments correctly added.

I've just phone them, I had to re-register for online banking, my old 10 digit user id is no longer valid, I had to choose a new user name and password. I've done all that and my balance is there, I nearly had an heart attack when I saw the balance was zero lol…… and breathe .

Call them, don't rely on internet advice.

Yes, if you log into the old system then your balance is now zero because they didn't move the old account, they created a new account in the new system and transferred the balance from old to the new account.

The last time I checked in the old system my old account is also there with zero balance.

They have sent plenty of comms about this. Several emails and texts messages with the first ones landing end of April. Have you not received any of them?
