Anyone know where i can order a free payg sim from 3 without having to buy any data pack?

You can order a free Three PAYG SIM from lots of places. It'll cost you £10 minimum to activate it.
What's it for? If it's just for a temporary home for a SIM swap number then you could use Asda Mobile, only costs a fiver to activate.
Or maybe one of the not-very-much PAYM monthly deals at Lebara (although their PAC processing can be iffy).
