O2 issue Apple Watch contract
September/October 2022 I bought Apple Watch SE 2 on contract
my contract has run out (19th Sept 26) when I click on view upgrade options it says this
when I click on smart watches to see my offers I can only see Samsung watches!
my SE 2 is connected to my 16 pro max!
Went to o2 store yesterday lovely young lady who was helping me says only way to get new Apple Watch is to start new contract & cancel old one due to bug in their upgrade portal I don’t really want to do that just want to have option to upgrade to new Apple Watch!
Anyone else have this issue or know a fix!
I refuse to talk to someone in India or start a brand new contract

Rather than a contract why not buy the watch direct from Apple?

Apple is 12 months.
But do you get interest free on the contract? Would need to cost that out.
