Nat West and their 'allowance' numbers.
Its not particularly important but I've opened a Nat West ISA.
As with all entities they tend to give an update on your ISA allowance (as well as regular e-mails asking if we have any left).
My 'allowance left' is literally changing every day, going up, coming down.
Back to 20k again now despite having thousands in the Nat West ISA.
Is this an AI or automated thing?
As I say its not 'hold the front page' but its weird seeing it do this.

Shouldn't be too hard to implement should it? Subtract however much you've put into the ISA this year from £20k and stick the number on a screen.
Doubt if they've had to warm up the AI datacentre too much to work that one out.
I wonder what proportion of ISA holders have only one ISA and who therefore might actually find this number useful?

I just find it odd, its never been right once so far, even on the assumption the Nat West ISA is my only one (which it isn't).
