I'd get rid of the phone - trade-in or sell to cut your losses.
The Samsung A0x and A1x ranges should be avoided unless you need just calls/text and WhatsApp.
The lowest Samsung ranges I'd personally recommend are the A3x or A5x.

If you're not locked into an airtime contract - there are some decent deals with Talkmobile (Voda) and iD mobile (Three) with a replacement A3x or A5x handset with decent airtime.

For handsets only - Argos, Tesco and Currys often have decent almost new mobiles on their ebay outlet shops that can often be discounted with ebay promotion codes.
Amazon / Amazon renewed can also be good options.
