There was also the case of the three nurses from Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, sued by Indigo Park Services (now known as Saba) who quite liked suing nurses trying to park in overfull car parks to get to their wards to undertake their vital work (Cardiff University Hospital was another fine example of this outfit’s stomach-turning appetite for suing the wrong demographic!).
