I agree, its much too late to pay it off and I see little prospect of obtaining a £321 set aside due to the information so far , a very bad and costly idea to forget about important government paperwork from the Justice system or HMRC

The CCJ will remain on his credit file for the next 6 years, until July 2032

Paying it in full only marks it as satisfied, it doesn't remove it !

Agree with @Gr1pr above, if paid now it will be marked as "satisfied" BUT does it matter to the OP? Will they be needing credit or changing their mobile/broadband contracts or updating car/house insurance soon/at all?

Does the CCJ affect him? Ignore it completely if he never needs to pay monthly for anything.

With your other one, did my contact help you with a CCJ? This one can follow the same route. There is ALWAYS a way.

He does use credit cards so he will struggle to get a new credit card if he ever needs one.

Your contact was most helpful. He got them to completely drop the claim. I was hoping he could help with this one too, although it might be too far past the judgement date
