Hello again!
My dad has missed the deadline to respond to the county court claim and now has a CCJ (29/6/2026). Can you help get this removed?
Details of the claim:

3. The Defendant is pursued as the driver of the vehicle for breach of the terms on the signs (the contract). Reason: No Commercial Vehicles Permitted On Site.
4. In the alternative the Defendant is pursued as the keeper pursuant to POFA 2012, Schedule 4.

If this is to do with one of your other threads, you should continue on that thread. However if it is new, please say so on this thread. What does the judgment state?

Name the private parking company claimant involved, plus Name any lawyers
Post the date of the default JUDGMENT too

This is new. Similar to an issue I faced recently and was helped by @Coupon-mad
Waiting for info from my dad about what the judgement actually says

Did he miss the deadline because they were sent to the wrong address?

Is that June date the actual date of the CCJ. ? Or the date on the N1SDT claim form. ? ( not a CCJ, but a CCC. )
If he failed to respond to a June claim, the CCJ is more recent
1 -
The CCC issue date was 2/6/2026
1 -
No, he said he just forgot about it

So what is the CCJ date. ? 29th June. ? ( there are 2 crucial dates. )

Not sure what recourse he has then, they were served to his address correctly and if you quote the date as 29th June for the CCJ its on his record for six years (as we are beyond the period now where you can pay it and it is removed), but others may know better.
