Yeah, got that thanks, (me not being clear) but tall the detail before the charge cap was enacted went from my ability to get at online but it was all included in the last bill (18 pages or so, .5 hr slots with graphs). The billing post charge cap just splits ev and peak, no breakdown, I have to go to the app. I also have a delay that could be a day or three days and the quick billed to date function is U/S. Just seems disjointed but fellow on the phone seemed to indicate it should improve.

Took me a second or two to twig the EV charge at a peak rate being zero so that works. I think.

I have a Zappi and so does my friend and we both have the same problem. I do know that there used to be a problem with the cars going to sleep, but that does NOT affect either of our cars as they can't be integrated with IOG. Surprisingly we have both had IOG for over two years and have never had this problem before their disastrous rollout of the 6 hour cap. The most annoying thing is that I have never charged over 6 hours anyway.
