Arranging my Octopus heat pump service

Finding it uncommonly difficult to arrange my Octopus heat pump service. They sent me a link to a calendar to book it on 5 August 26. I didn’t get round to trying to book til 25 August but the link didn’t work. For the last 2 weeks I’ve been trying to get a date for the service with no luck so far. Today I’ve rung and the agent have promised me she’d personally sort it for me. If she doesn’t do that, then I’ll have to request a refund for the service (it’s paid monthly in advance) and go elsewhere. Making me feel a bit uneasy and less confident about recommending Octopus and also getting a battery through them . Am going to fully charged show this weekend so I can discuss it with the heatpump team then. Anyone else having problems ?

I don't have this trouble but I just phone to book it. But it's no drama. You won't get servicing this cheap from anyone else and I'm sure they'll resolve it. Maybe it's different in different parts of the country but my region is pretty on the ball.

The link probably expired. Are you on X? The X customer services team are pretty good. The thing with servicing is that it needs the actual guys on the ground not an office. That's why I usually phone the heat pump help line and not anyone to do with billing or in the office. The heat pump help line team have direct access to the calendar and book it on the spot.
