Thanks.are there any bits you think I should remove just incase.

Also do i not have to save this defence to a pdf file and then upload to MCOL. Will I also have to write up a cover letter

You just copy & paste it into the defence box and submit. It is a winning defence IMHO.

Are you saying that a lurking ticketer took pics of your car merely stopped to swap drivers?! That is abject scammery, worse than wheelclamping used to be.

Do you still have the PCN from PPE and does it have two images on it? Please show us that if so, and tell us the gap in seconds between the two images.

Redact it properly first.

Thats the thing. I dont have the pictures or the original NTK. I tried using the pcn and reg as reference to login and see pictures but they have now removed it. I emailed the pictures and they said they have now passed the Data to Debt Recovery Plus so i need to contact them.

Yes he was sat in his Van . I didnt even notice it was a ticketing Van till I noticed him with his phone out. It was a plain white mini van.

Email the DPO at Premier Parking Enforcement, of Stourbridge , with a SAR which requests all your data, including ALL pictures and all paperwork etc, include your name, address, VRM details, pcn reference and also add a copy of your V5c log book if you still have the vehicle ( ideally also include redacted copies of 2 recent utility bills or similar as well )

I habe just emailed, however it doesnt state a timeframe of when they will get back to me.

My case must be submitted before the 4th of October

A SAR request has a 30 days deadline, they always do ( it usually says so in the SAR templates. )

Your case defence deadline has no legal bearing on it ( you asked what to do, I answered that actual query. )

You dont usually need the details for your defence , because its already written and coupon mad told you how to submit it on MCOL, no need to delay it

Your case submission will likely be next year at the WS stage, so you can answerthe queries in a month's time
