Useless Chatbots

What got me most was how I couldn't even see the link between the answer and my question. I have always found in the past that a chatbot misinterprets a word or 2 so you ask it when am i going to receive interest and it sees the word interest and replies i see you are looking to find out the interest rate. In my case I couldn't see how anything that i asked could be linked to a problem logging in.
If they got their interface sorted out i wouldn't have needed to ask the question anyway. Does anyone know how to identify what issue of limited access saver you have from the dashboard?

It might be worth checking your emails and online documents in internet banking for a confirmation, which often names the specific account.

After a lot of searching, I've eventually found a way to identify the issue number of an Ulster Limited Edition Saver account.
- In the app pick the bell icon, then Mailbox, or in the web browser choose Mailbox from the top menu
- Under Documents, there should be one headed "Your new savings account". If there's more than one, pick the one for the date you opened this account.
- The PDF file that link opens contains the account number and issue number.
I hope this helps. I agree that it shouldn't be this difficult to find the information.
I think I should apply for a job to replace Cora 😀

I had a very similar experience with Lloyds Bank.
They used to provide telephone numbers, but now they have been removed from their website so there is no alternative to the idiotic chatbot.
I raised a complaint and they eventually paid me a bit of money, but the complaints officer I spoke with said it is highly unlikely that management will know about my complaint.

You just need to scroll past the messaging options to the "find a phone number" section: www.lloydsbank.com/help-guidance/call-us.html

I feel sorry for the poor lady whose face is associated with Cora on Natwest's website. She is not Cora.
I doubt Cora would look that happy.

Or know how to use a mobile phone.

Isn't that photo meant to convey an image of a customer being made very happy because Cora is so fantastic? 🤔

I used Cora when I needed help with an application for an ISA. I was quickly put through to human customer support and was happy with the interaction.
