Money claim DCB Legal/ParkingEye

I would suggest that the defendant sticks to the Chan and Akande template defence, unless he has a letter from the doctors pre dating the pcn incident date that confirms a protected characteristic ?
It can be brought up, with evidence, in a future Witness Statement, when the court orders it, in several months time

Actually I would add a 3.1, saying:
3.1. Whatever the allegation, it is denied because the Defendant's husband was a passenger and has an incurable illness affecting his daily life. A few minutes were necessary at the end of parking to eat some food and take his medication, and the Claimant was told this at appeal stage five years ago but made no 'reasonable adjustment' and thus ignored their statutory duty under the Equality Act 2010
