    by putting together a complaint email I meant just putting it all together into email form and just adding my details at the start and signing it off 👍🏼

    Can I add for a resolution at the bottom of the complaint also or leave as is and just sign off?

    To request for the PCN to be cancelled / the debt will no longer be perused / to instruct Oak Legal Services to cease recovery action

    I've just been re-reading the letter before claim and in it it states this….

    How does one enter into a contract by conduct?

    It sounds like there are no terms and conditions displayed other than perhaps entering ones VRM into a terminal, but even that should be made clear with adequate signage.

    The parking company are trying it on without a legal leg to stand on.

    Well they're not wrong. But it's an irrelevance. It's just throwing in some legalise to intimate rather than having any legitimate purpose.
