I have seen these adaptors online and occasionally you get bad reviews about specific models/compatibility. Seems to add a layer of complication. Plus you sort of lose some of the flexibility you get with Esim (i.e. you still have a slot if it's a single sim slot).
The motorola at 129 or 150 for an 8gb version I saw online looks very tempting. Is it really that bad as a spare phone?
