Vanguard FTSE Global All Cap in ISA switch to ETF version?

It'll be insignificantly different to compare end of day pricing of the ETF to the OEIC price point, over any reasonable length of time.

You could get around that by picking days when the US market is broadly flat between 4:30pm and 9pm UK time.
Or, given they track the same index, use Vanguard's own analysis of tracking error.

The problem is the OEIC pricing time is 9pm whereas the ETF is during the UK trading day.
The OEIC and the ETF NAV are both priced at 9 pm. The OEIC is priced in GBP, whereas the ETF NAV is priced in USD, so you have to do a currency conversion to make a comparison. Vanguard publishes values for the tracking error of its funds e.g.:
The annualised tracking error for the OEIC version was 0.21% over 1 year. 0.14% over 3 years, and 0.12% over 5 years. Trustnet allows you compare both funds to the index (which is the same for both the OEIC and the ETF). You can do the comparison with a variety of start dates.
