When & how did you get your sky broadband gift voucher?

I've been activated for just over a week. Contacted sky who say it's not their business, it's giftcloud. I search giftcloud & their contact looked to me like it was for businesses to contact them, not Joe Bloggs.

Just wondering how long you had to wait? Whether you had to do something to trigger it (beyond signing up smarty pants)? How it was sent to you?

Took just under three months to get mine.

It's all in the Giftcloud email.

Read the whole email and make a note of the time and date you received it along with, importantly, the voucher reference code.

I don't actually think I received a giftcloud email as part of the sign up. I'll need to check once I'm home.

In your OP it is quite clear where you have to enter your email address.

Once do and click Get Started the email arrives almost instantly, it is from no-reply@giftcloud.com

Signed up with Vodafone 5 months ago, Giftcard should have arrived within 120 days from the installation date. I'm now on day 121 and nothing received yet. I have submitted a ticket with GiftCloud but got the "Due to current high volumes, it is taking longer than usual for us to respond" response.

I often get the feeling they're hoping we'll forget!
