Just taken out a Chip isa after looking at rates here, but now find that neither of my 2 older isa providers are supported for transfer - Plum & Tembo

Your best option is to find an intermediate ISA, perhaps a mainstream bank's, that can be used to consolidate the two existing ISAs and is supported by Chip.
