Heritage Live cancelled Ricky Martin Concert

I hope someone can help me.

This was cancelled and on July 13th I applied for the refund and got a response from See Tickets stating they would return the VIP Package cost that was £419.00 it has been over a month and I have not received my money. They keep ignoring my follow up e-mails.

I tried Charge Back from the bank but they have denied any help as it has passed 120 days mark as I purchase the package on May 27th.

It is a lot of money, what can I do? Can they just steal from me?

Any way for events in the future it is 540 days from date of debit.

The other rule to bear in mind is that the timelines apply from either the date of purchase or the date of expected provision of the service, whichever is later. So if you book a hotel room for July next year, tour clock starts running on the day you would have checked in, not the date you booked the room.

It's not stealing, and although it is a lot of money, it's money that would have been gone for good if the concert went ahead. I'd wait until next week (which is after the date it would have gone ahead) and if you haven't had anything, speak to your bank again.

In that case the 540 days from date of debit comes into play, not 120.

540 days is an absolute maximum, but it's still only 120 days from the expected delivery date if that is sooner. So booking a hotel room for July 2027 (330 days away) you'd have 120 days from the date of the stay, or about 450 days from now.
