Letter from courts & tribunal service for parkingeye charge
Comments
-
Hi I have nearly the same letter come through demanding money through a CCJ from 2021. Even though I parked laid for it. The specific car park within the hospital works on validation service for private customers and is free. So not in same "plan" as the rest of the car parks literally situated next to each other. The initial appeal was rejected.
Any advice on where to start with a defence for such a case? Many thanks.
