The BoE site says there are 53 POs that will swap them but if you follow their link
then go to the Branch Finder, you can't actually search directly, you have to search then filter the results after

You don't seem aware that swapping and depositing are two different activities?!
We didn't use alot of those foreign notes in any case.

I eventually managed to change old notes in a Natwest, and also an HSBC in Brighton as I was unexpectedly there and luckily I had the old notes with me! they both asked if I had an account (and I do) but they didn't ask for proof of the account - they just swapped for new notes :)
